Welcome to Curve Communications (“Curve Communications,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By

accessing or using our websites, applications, CRM systems, automation services, digital

marketing services, or related platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with

and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services

Curve Communications provides marketing, advertising, lead generation, CRM automation,

website development, AI automation tools, content creation, and related business growth

services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time

without notice.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You have authority to enter into legally binding agreements;

  • You will use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to.

  • Provide accurate and current information;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials;

  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes;

  • Not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Services.

4. Payments and Fees

All fees for services are outlined in proposals, invoices, subscriptions, or service agreements

provided separately.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are due according to the invoice terms;

  • Late payments may result in suspension of Services;

  • Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Curve Communications reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, systems, software, copy, marketing materials, and

intellectual property created by Curve Communications remain our property unless otherwise

agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us.

Upon full payment, clients may receive usage rights for final deliverables as outlined in their

agreement.

6. Marketing and Communications

By submitting your contact information through our website or forms, you consent to receive

communications from Curve Communications, including:

  • Service-related communications;

  • Appointment reminders;

  • Marketing emails;

  • SMS notifications;

  • Promotional offers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Google;

  • Meta/Facebook;

  • Instagram;

  • LinkedIn;

  • CRM providers;

  • Payment processors;

  • Automation tools;

  • Analytics platforms.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

8. No Guarantees

While we strive to help clients improve marketing performance and business growth, we do not

guarantee:

  • Specific revenue outcomes;

  • Search rankings;

  • Lead volume;

  • Advertising results;

  • Business growth metrics.

Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curve Communications shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits;

  • Loss of data;

  • Business interruption;

  • Advertising platform changes;

  • Third-party system failures.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for Services during the

preceding three months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curve Communications, its employees, contractors,

and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information shared

during the course of service delivery.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services at our discretion if:

  • These Terms are violated;

  • Payments remain overdue;

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the

applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are

posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
