Is there a contract?

No. Everything is month to month. We keep clients with results, not handcuffs. If we're not earning it, you should be able to walk, and you can.

What's the setup fee?

Normally $1,500 one time, to build your site, set up CedarCRM, and get your automation running. We're waiving it right now, so you're starting on the system, not paying to get onto it.

Is ad spend included in the monthly price?

No. The monthly fee covers management. Your ad budget on Google, Meta, and any other platform is separate and goes straight to the platform. We'll help you set a budget that makes sense for your business, and you control it.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes, up or down, any time. Most people start on the Foundation or add Google Ads, then layer in Meta and the rest as they see leads coming in. You're never locked into a level.

What if I already have a website?

Then we don't rebuild it unless you want us to. We connect CedarCRM and your follow-up automation to what you've got. The website build and hosting is there if you need it, not something you pay for twice.

Who owns my leads and data?

You do. Always. Your contacts, your pipeline, your reviews, your automations are yours and you can export them any time. We don't hold your business hostage.

How fast will I see results?

Depends on the channel. Google and Meta ads can bring leads in within days of launch. SEO and GEO are the long game and usually take a few months to compound. We'll tell you straight what to expect for your situation on the call, no inflated promises.

Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?
